Zen Do Ka defense against a right hook

One of the many Zen Do Ka Karate & Kickboxing defenses against a hook is the "Cover, Cross, Round" Reflex Drill. When the Zendoka sees a right hook coming, he covers his head, like a boxer, absorbing the blow and retaliates with a right Cross and a right Roundhouse Kick. By repeating this drill over and over, the striker becomes conditioned to being hit and reacts refelxively to a Hook with an automatic Counter Attack. This video shows the drill in the context of "1 to 4" Punching Combination training.
